At Avantis, customer care and efficient support is a key element of our service to schools.

We have a dedicated team of full-time support staff offering free of charge day-to-day technical support and specific educational advice to help teachers get the most out of their devices.

Avantis understands the need to always be at the end of the phone when teachers need guidance. A dedicated support line is available every weekday between the hours of 8am–5pm, and calls are charged at local rates.
